  • Are You a Local Fertilization & Weed Control Service?
Boscage Landscaping is locally owned and operated with over 10 years of outdoor service! We take great pride as a local lawn mowing service!
  • Are your treatments harmful to animals?
Short answer: No, but it’s best to play it safe. We use organic fertilizers for all the granular products we apply. When liquid weed treatment, pre-emergent, or grub control is required, that’s when we turn to a chemical (We are still searching for an effective, organic way to apply pre-emergent, treat weeds, and treat grubs). It’s best to keep animals off the lawn for 8 hours.
  • How soon will the weeds die off?
Give it about 7 days to see them start browning and another 7 days for them to shrivel up completely 😈
  • How long should I water the treatment in for?
About 10-15 minutes per zone. You need to water the lawn long enough to wash the treatment into the soil, but not so long that it washes it away completely! We’ve found 10-15 minutes to be perfect.
  • Will rain or wet grass affect the lawn treatment?
It depends on the volume of rainfall. Dew or light rain is never a problem and will actually help to activate the treatment faster. During heavier rain, we will typically discontinue treatments for that day or wait until it lets up.
  • Can I upgrade my treatment plan or add another treatment mid-season?
Yes, of course. Simply call or email the office, and we’ll be happy to make changes to your treatment plan.
  • I can view the appointment date from my account, but cannot see the exact time the technician will be at my property. Do you provide arrival windows in advance?
Due to the constant schedule changes required for this service and the unpredictability of weather conditions, we do not provide exact timeframes for our technicians' arrival to treat your lawn area. However, if you inform us, we are happy to have our office or technician call or text you 30 minutes in advance of arriving at your property.
